I am writing with enthusiasm to express my deep appreciation for Brea Bond, her skills as a Hypnotherapist, and all I have learned and gained under her care. I am now making great progress with a physical challenge I have experienced for 25 years. I practice my self-hypnosis daily. The memories Brea helped me create through my imagination have added more to my life, in many ways, than I can express. I am healing and I am very grateful to Brea and the process.

I worked with Brea over the course of three sessions. I saw results after the first session. In the second session we tweaked the process a bit and it became more effective. In the third session, Brea honed in on exactly the process I needed to hone in one the core issue and bring it to light. That was six months ago and the process she taught me still works. I HIGHLY recommend working with Brea. She was kind and professional, and for me, her work was transformational.

With three sessions of hypnotherapy from Dr. Brea Bond, my ability to more clearly focus on changing long-standing behaviors was enhanced. I learned self-hypnosis as both a technique for relaxation and for prioritizing and accomplishing my daily tasks. I continue to use the simple skills that Brea customized for my individual style. I highly recommend learning hypnotherapy for self-improvement.

I was referred to Dr. Bond by my family practitioner. I was considering taking one of the weight loss drugs, i.e., Ozempic but was concerned about the possible side effects. I felt I could lose the weight on my own, but was less confident about keeping it off as my "food noise" can be very loud and often wins out in the long run. Long story short, my doctor asked how I felt about hypnotherapy. I was totally open to the idea but never pursued it as I wanted a practitioner I could trust and didn't know how to find one. My doctor assured me that Dr. Bond was a therapist I could trust.
I was able to schedule an appointment very quickly and have now completed 5 of my 6 sessions. I initially asked Dr. Bond if she could cause me to throw up or feel sick whenever I saw sweets. Naturally, she said no, but she could guide me through self-hypnosis to control cravings and food noise by focusing on healthy eating and much sooner feelings of fullness.
The result was immediate. Between the scheduled sessions, twice daily hypnosis sessions at home and affirmations resulting from each session I have found I do not crave sweets and I can consume much less food than I had previously. What I find most interesting is I can actually have a small sweet treat like normal people and do not fall into the addictive behavior previously triggered by any consumption of sweets. I am no longer haunted by the cravings and food noise that were a big part of my daily life. In addition, I find instead of dreading eating out I can go out and choose healthy menu options and treat myself to a bit of dessert without falling off the wagon. I feel like I am in charge and in control rather than being controlled by the food I consume.
There have been additional unexpected benefits as well. The daily practice of hypnosis has given me a sense of calmness I wasn't expecting. Normally difficult situations that would cause me a great deal of stress are met with a sense of calmness that was not there before. I feel centered and in control of my daily life more than I ever have. This therapy is the best thing I have ever done for myself.

I had an amazing experience with this hypnotherapy practice. The environment felt so welcoming and safe, especially as an LGBTQIA+ individual. It was clear that the owner, a thoughtful and kind woman, genuinely cares about creating an empowering space for her clients. She made me feel at ease right away, helping to calm my nerves with her warm demeanor. The session included beautiful imagery and uplifting positive affirmations that left me feeling relaxed and refreshed. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a supportive and transformative experience.

I have just completed my final session today, and I wanted to write my thoughts while they are still fresh in my mind. I have done hypnosis two other times, and I did not have good results. However, when a friend told me about the great results, she had gotten from working with you, I felt it was worth another try. In just a couple of sessions, I was able to realize a positive outcome, and things have continued to get better. You have shown me how to incorporate self-hypnosis into my life, and I am going to continue using the techniques you have taught me so that hopefully the progress I have made will continue.
Your suggestions were always insightful and appropriate, and they summed up how I was feeling and what I needed to focus on in order to make the changes I was seeking. I have used the recordings you did for me repeatedly over the last six weeks, and I now feel ready to incorporate other suggestions you have made.
Thank you for the patience and enthusiasm you have brought to this experience. I feel that you have a real gift for the practice of hypnosis, and I wish you continued success.
